"患者狀況惡化，之後因為呼吸衰竭插管，送去接受頭部斷層掃描作進一步的診斷"
"The patient's condition deteriorated and he was subsequently intubated for respiratory failure and taken to CT scan for further work-up."
狀況惡化 = condition deteriorated (這個字難記喔!)
因為呼吸衰竭而插管 = be intubated for respiratory failure
"送"去作斷層掃描 = be taken to CT scan (不要用"send"喔!)
